Liz Dillon takes yoga classes at the Scout hut in Estreham Road, and also does massage therapy and Reiki.

Experienced Hatha Yoga Teacher. All Levels Welcome.
Classes are on Wednesday evenings 7.30pm - 8.45pm.
£7 per class.

Sessions are offered by Liz at 14 Hambro Road.
Liz has been practising as a Reiki Master Practitioner and Massage Therapist for close to 10 years. Liz freelances and also works as a practitioner at Neal's Yard Therapy Rooms in Covent Garden - but sessions there cost £55 so better to book locally!
Sessions at 14 Hambro Road are:
£40 per hour.
Reiki and Massage combine really well to provide a deep healing treatment - relieving back pain, tension, stress, insomnia, low mood, headaches, muscular injuries amongst other symptoms and generally make you feel good!
