The Ferrers Triangle is near Streatham Common, SW16, in London.
It includes Ellora Road, Natal Road, Hambro Road, and Ferrers Road.
In 2007, a Street Party was organised, and since then it has been all systems go with more successful street parties, charity pancake breakfasts, Halloween parties for Kids, Christmas Carols in the Pub, Community Freshviews and regular nights for music, film, books, sewing and craft.
In 2008 we started a tradition of nominating a charity to benefit from monies rasied at the street party and other events.
In 2008 our charity was Solace Women's Aid.
In 2009 our charity was Streatham Youth and Community Trust (SYCT).
In 2010 our charity was Spires.
In 2011 our charity was Solace Women's Aid.
Local kids can submit a picture to go on the front page of the site, and there's kid-friendly web pages to explore.
The committee meet once a month - it's open to anyone who wants to get involved in organising events locally. Check out the committee webpage for more information on how to get involved in your community.
